Booking a large party?
For larger group bookings, please get in touch with us directly and we'll be happy to arrange it for you.
To confirm bookings of 5+ guests, we'll securely store your card details. You won't be charged now. Your card will only be charged in line with the venue's terms below (e.g. late cancellation or no-show).
To guarantee your reservation, Starfish & Coffee requires a secure credit or debit card hold at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged today.
• Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled booking time.
• Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee: Cancellations made within the 12-hour window, or failure to show up for your reservation, will result in a fee of £8 per person charged to the card on file.
• Grace Period: Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the reservation time. After this period, the table may be released and marked as a no-show.
• Data Security: All card details are securely tokenised and encrypted by our payment processor Stripe. Our staff never have access to your full card number.
By completing this booking, you explicitly authorise Starfish & Coffee to charge the card provided in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
