By completing this reservation, you authorise O'Connor's to securely retain your card details for the purpose of enforcing our cancellation and no-show policy.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Your booking is for reserved seating.
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time, or fail to attend without prior notice, a £5 per person charge will be applied to the card provided.
Bookings must arrive by 8:00pm. Reservations arriving more than 15 minutes late may be released, and may be treated as a no-show unless you have contacted the venue in advance.
Charges made under this policy are accepted by you as a reasonable contribution towards the loss incurred by reserving seating that cannot be reallocated at short notice.
